Production week 5
Hi everyone, in this devlog we will talk about the stuff we did during our 5th production week.
This week we made a setup screen where players can join in before the game starts. Now its starting to feel like an actual game already :D. Of course this is not the final design of this screen.
We also implemented a particle system when the runner smashes an object. This needs a bit of tweaking still but it's getting there.
We also added the indicators for the powerup this week. There are indicators for the speed boost, the damage boost, the netgun and the shield.
When stunned, the player will now also have a star particle although we will still change it to be more focused around the head.
We implemented the catchers animations and gave him some materials.
